We at GREEN FREAKS Co., Ltd. were founded with the desire to change the current situation in Japan, where the majority of bananas, the most consumed fruit in the country, are imported, and also because Gunma Prefecture's only local specialty fruit is strawberries. Maebashi City in Gunma Prefecture is an ideal region for banana cultivation due to its long hours of sunshine and suitable temperatures. We are taking advantage of these regional characteristics to produce high-quality bananas locally.
Our goal goes beyond simply cultivating bananas; it's about revitalizing the local economy and achieving sustainable agriculture. Our locally grown bananas are characterized by their freshness and delicious taste, making them a product consumers can enjoy with confidence. Furthermore, through collaboration with local farmers, we aim to create new forms of agriculture and build a sustainable community for future generations.
Our initiative has just begun, but we aim to grow together with the local community and build the future together.
